As you can see the mural is the Italian flag colors and this is a total reference to the Godfather movies which also symbolizes how the C-Notes were linked to the wise guys of the Italian Outfit. This pic was about late 70s to early 1980s. On far left “Lucky C,” the man under the Godfather strings is “Bandit C” and the one on the far right is “Bam Bam C”
